Full Planning and Coordination

This includes a FREE initial meeting where we can get to know each other.  We will then have a longer Budget/Design meeting to get the planning started!

Includes but not limited to the following:

  • Book Venue Visits
  • Create Personalized Timeline
  • Budget Creation and Management
  • Research and Suggest Vendors based on your budget, theme, style and personalities.
  • Book all Vendor Meetings (Including but not limited to photographers, florist, DJ, transportation, decor and caterers)
  • Attend all Meetings with Vendors and Venues
  • Assist with negotiation of prices or services with Vendors and Venue
  • Review all Vendor Contracts (A Divine Affair does not dispense legal advice but will look over contracts to ensure nothing is missing)
  • Full development of the Wedding Theme you have chosen
  • Assistance with wording of Invitations
  • Vendor follow-up and confirmations throughout the planning
  • Manage all planning logistics
  • Create a wedding day agenda
  • Confirming final details with Vendors and Venue
  • Attend final meeting with Venue
  • Attend/Conduct Wedding Rehearsal
  • On site Supervision and Direction of the Wedding Ceremony and Reception
  • Instruct and oversee all duties of Wedding Party and MC
  • Assist with set up of decor and stationary items
  • Assist Bride & Bridesmaids with getting ready

Basically, we can plan as much or as little as you would like us to!  Think of Jennie as your Little Wedding Sidekick... at your side every step of the way!  Every Couple and every Wedding is different and therefore we customize every Full Wedding Planning Package.  The size and complexity of the Wedding will determine the fee for this package.  Please contact us, and with more information we can customize a quote for you.

Niagara Wedding Planner

Consultation

We will meet with you to assist you with a specific concern you may have.  Let us know about your wedding and tell us a bit about yourselves before we meet as to let us research a way to guide you in the right direction.

Fee for first hour of meeting is $150.  Every hour after will be an additional $50.

Elopement or Intimate Wedding Package

This package is great for anyone looking to elope or have a very intimate wedding in Niagara.  We can customize a package for you based on your needs and wants as well as your budget.  We will assist you with finding the perfect location for your Ceremony.  We will assist with the planning of the reception if you will be having one after your Ceremony.  Packages can also include any of the following. 

  • Officiant
  • Flowers
  • Décor
  • Cake
  • Transportation
  • Hair and Makeup
  • Photography
  • Ceremony Music
  • Invitations

Often venues come with an on-site coordinator.  Their primary focus and responsibility is the venue itself.  As an independent coordinator, our focus is the couple.  we will assist them with the planning of their perfect wedding every step of the way.  On the wedding day, we will work with the on-site coordinator to create a flawless celebration for you and all of your guests!

Month-of Planning and Coordination

This includes a FREE initial meeting where we can get to know each other.  We will also get together 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding to go through a long checklist of all your planning details. This ensures that I know all the details of your day, ties up any loose ends and makes sure nothing was forgotten.

This Package also Includes:

  • Vendor suggestions based on your budget, theme, style and personalities.
  • Create a wedding day agenda
  • Confirming final details with Vendors and Venue
  • Attend final meeting with Venue
  • Attend/Conduct Wedding Rehearsal
  • On site Supervision and Direction of the Wedding Ceremony and Reception
  • Assistance with Ceremony Processional and Recessional
  • Instruct and oversee all duties of Wedding Party and MC
  • Assist with set up of decor and stationary items
  • Assist Bride & Bridesmaids with getting ready
  • Supervise and assist all Vendors and Professionals
  • Handle necessary day-of payments

Fee for Month-of Package is:

$1,450 for 10 hours on yourWedding Day

$1,650 for 12 hours on your Wedding Day

$200 for each additional hour over 12.
