Jennie is a TICO registered Travel Advisor, which means we are able to assist you with every single aspect of the designing and planning of your Destination Wedding!

From the travel bookings, to all of the personalized planning details, to the day-of coordination on your wedding day. Package includes but not limited to the following:

• Researching and Consulting on the destination and resort for the best fit of location and venue 

• Assist with local marriage requirements or legally marry you in Ontario prior to departure

• Budget preparation, allocation & recommendations

• Assist with the design of your Destination Wedding

• Creating travel bookings for yourself and your guests

• Recommend vendors based on your budget, theme, style and personality

• Assist with gathering and reviewing all contracts

• Verify availability of ceremony and reception location onsite

• Regular correspondence with resort coordinator and local vendors

• Confirming final details with Vendors and Venue

• Create a wedding day schedule

• Create and Officiate a Custom and Personalized Wedding Ceremony

• Traveling with or before you to ensure everything upon your arrival is as planned

• Assist in confirming all spa and beauty appointments

• Coordination of 1 additional event during the week

(Welcome get together, Cocktail Party, Excursion, etc)

• Attend final meeting with Venue Coordinator

• Attend/Conduct Ceremony Rehearsal

• Set up and assistance with your Ceremony

• Coordination, styling and set up of your Reception details: decor, centrepieces, welcome table, favours, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc.

• Coordination of reception set up and liaising with Caterer/Venue, DJ, MC, Photographer and all other vendors

• Assistance throughout the day to ensure the event runs smoothly and everything goes according to plan

• Assistance with travel related issues throughout the planning and during the trip

Fee for Destination Wedding Planning & Coordination anywhere in the Caribbean or Mexico is $2,000

+ transportation and accommodations (which is usually discounted or even for free)

Fee for Destination Wedding Planning & Coordination anywhere in Europe is $3,250

+ transportation and accommodations

This fee is for 4 vendors in one!:  Your Planner, Coordinator, Travel Agent & Ceremony Officiant

(5 if you include "Wedding Bestie" which Jennie is sure to become!)

Jennie is an ordained officiant licensed to officiate ceremonies within the province of Ontario.  She can legally marry you in Ontario with a simple elopement ceremony and then perform a fully customized and personalized ceremony for you at your destination wedding.

As Jennie would also be your Travel Agent, she will assist you and your guests in destination with any issues that arise with your flights, transfers or rooms.
