This package includes an initial meeting where we can get to know each other, chat about your wedding and discuss our planning services. We will get together again 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding to go through a long checklist of all your planning details. This ensures that I know all the details of your day, ties up any loose ends and makes sure nothing was forgotten.

This package can also include:

• Vendor suggestions for any remaining unbooked vendors

• Honeymoon Planning

• Create a Wedding day Agenda

• Confirming final details with Vendors and Venue

• Attend final meeting with Venue

• Attend/Conduct Wedding Rehearsal

• 2 on-site Day-of Coordinators: 1 Lead and 1 Assistant

• On site Supervision and Direction of the Wedding Ceremony and Reception

• Assistance with Ceremony Processional and Recessional

• Instruct and oversee all duties of Wedding Party and MC

• Assist with set up of decor and stationery items

• Assist Bride & Bridesmaids while getting ready

• Supervise and assist all Vendors and Professionals

• Handle necessary day-of payments

• Supervise and assist with day of Photography

• Double-checking final details

• Attend to guests’ special needs

• Ensure everything runs as planned

Fee for Month-of Planning Package is:
