This package includes an initial meeting where we can get to know each other, chat about your wedding and discuss our planning services.  Next we will have a longer Budget/Design meeting and get the planning started!

Package includes but not limited to the following:

• Budget Creation and Management

• Book Venue Visits

• Research and Suggest Vendors based on your budget, theme, style and personalities

• Book all Vendor Meetings

• Attend Meetings with Vendors and Venues

• Review all Vendor Contracts

• Full development of the Wedding Theme you have chosen

• Honeymoon Planning

• Assistance with wording of Invitations and Day-of Stationery

• Vendor follow-up and confirmations throughout the planning

• Manage all planning logistics

• Create a Wedding day Agenda

• Confirming final details with Vendors and Venue

• Attend final meeting with Venue

• Attend/Conduct Wedding Rehearsal

• On site Supervision and Direction of the Wedding Ceremony and Reception

• Guidance and Assistance with Ceremony Processional and Recessional

• Instruct and oversee all duties of Wedding Party and MC

• Assist with set up of decor and stationary items

• Assist Bride & Bridesmaids while getting ready

• Supervise and assist all Vendors and Professionals

• Handle necessary day-of payments

• Supervise and assist with day of Photography

• Double-checking final details

• Attend to guests’ special needs

• Ensure everything runs as planned

Basically, with the Full Planning Package we can plan as much or as little as you would like us to!

Every Couple and every Wedding is different and therefore we customize every Full Wedding Planning Package. 

The size and complexity of the Wedding will determine the fee for this package.
